What this website does

This is a static website. It has no accounts, no contact forms, no comments, no payment pages and no analytics or tracking scripts. Nothing you do here is measured, profiled or stored by this site itself.

What hosting still involves

No website can honestly claim to touch zero data. To deliver these pages to you, the hosting and content-delivery provider processes standard server logs — typically your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser type. Those logs belong to the provider's own operations and retention rules, which are outside this site's control; the provider's own privacy documentation governs them.

If you contact the practice

Consultations are not open yet, so there is currently no channel through which to send personal details — and no reason to send any. When a contact channel opens, inquiry messages will be used to assess the request, agree a scope and, if you proceed, deliver the consultation. The services carrying those messages will necessarily process the information sent through them. Longchang will not sell it or add it to marketing lists.

A first inquiry should contain only the service you are considering, your question and your timeframe. Do not send birth details, floor plans, photographs or information about another person at that stage. Before consultation materials are requested, you will be given the privacy information that applies to the engagement and the channels being used.

• Birth details and home documents are only requested through the agreed private channel, once a scope is confirmed — never in a first message or a public comment.
• Other people's details — a partner's birth time, a household's plans — are only accepted with their consent.
• Consultations are for adults. This practice does not read charts for children.
• Identity documents are never requested. Anyone asking for them in this site's name should not be trusted.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information is held about your inquiry, request a correction, or ask what can be deleted. Before consultation materials are requested, you will receive a privacy notice explaining how long they will be kept, why they are needed and how to make those requests.

This page reflects the site as it is today. If a contact channel or hosting arrangement changes, this page is updated before the change takes effect.
