Process
Six steps,
no surprises.
Every consultation — BaZi, Feng Shui or date selection — moves through the same shape. You always know what happens next, and nothing is charged before the scope is agreed in writing.
Send a short inquiry
A few sentences are enough: which service you are considering, the question you are carrying, and your rough timeframe. Keep exact birth details and documents to yourself at this stage — they are only requested later, through the agreed private channel, once the scope is set. Consultations are not open yet; the inquiry page explains how to prepare.
Receive a written proposal
You receive a proposal in writing: the agreed scope, the deliverable, the published fee for that scope, applicable taxes, the final total and the proposed start date. Nothing is charged before you confirm it. If the question does not fit the service, you will hear that honestly — with a suggestion of what would fit better, where one exists.
Share materials, confirm the start
Once the proposal is confirmed and payment is settled, you share the materials the reading needs — birth details for BaZi; plan, orientation and photographs for a home review; event definition, window and participants for date selection. The turnaround clock starts when materials are complete, payment is confirmed and the start date is agreed.
The writing period
The reading is done and the report is written — typically five working days for BaZi or a move, seven for a home review or a wedding, counted from the agreed start. These are proposed standards; your proposal confirms the exact arrangement. If something in your materials changes the scope, you hear about it before the work continues, not after.
Delivery
Your report arrives as a PDF through the agreed private channel. It is yours to keep: read it in your own time, mark what matters, come back to it when the first reaction has settled.
