Clear terms,
before anything is charged.

These are the standing terms of this site and of the consultations described on it. The specific terms of an engagement — scope, fee, deliverable, dates — are always confirmed in a written proposal before any payment.

The nature of the service

Longchang offers personal written consultations in BaZi, Feng Shui and date selection — interpretive advisory rooted in traditional Chinese methods, offered for reflection and planning. A report is a structured perspective, not a statement of fact about the future, and it never replaces medical, legal, financial, tax or psychological advice. Consultations are for adults (18 and over), about the person who asked; third parties are only discussed with their consent.

How an engagement is agreed

There is no instant checkout on this site. A fee is published for each service's stated scope on the services page, so you can see the cost before you write. Any change in scope or fee is agreed in writing before work proceeds. Applicable taxes and the final total are confirmed before payment. Every engagement follows the same order: a short inquiry; a written proposal stating the scope, deliverable, fee, applicable taxes and final total, start date, delivery arrangements, and how cancellation, rescheduling and refunds will be handled; your written confirmation; then payment and materials. Page counts and turnaround times shown on this site are proposed standards — the proposal is where they become commitments, counted from the day materials are complete, payment is confirmed and the start date is agreed.

Consultations are not open yet. When an inquiry channel opens, sending a message will not create an engagement or a charge. The full proposal and its payment and booking terms must still be agreed in writing before any payment is taken.

Delivery and follow-up

Reports are delivered as PDF documents through the agreed private channel. Every engagement includes the same bounded follow-up:

Written follow-up, with clear bounds.After delivery you have 14 calendar days to send one batch of up to three clarification questions about the agreed scope. Answers typically arrive within two working days, Monday to Friday (UTC+8). A correction of my own error never counts against your questions.

Questions beyond the agreed scope — a new theme, another person, a new window of dates — are a new engagement, not an extension of the old one.

Honest limits

  • No outcome is guaranteed. A reading can inform a decision; it cannot ensure one, and the decision remains yours.
  • Recommendations about a home begin with reversible, practical changes. Nothing here replaces structural, electrical, fire-safety or building-regulation advice from qualified professionals.
  • Date selection works inside the constraints you confirm; it cannot promise a day free of difficulty.
  • Requests may be declined — politely and with reasons — where they fall outside these services, involve someone who has not consented, or ask for certainty no honest reading can give.

Your information

How personal details are handled is described on the privacy page, in the same plain language. In short: no accounts, no forms, no site analytics; personal details are only requested through the agreed private channel; identity documents are never requested.
